​I recently had a muscle relaxation treatment here and cannot recommend it enough. The therapist was incredibly professional and mature, creating a calm environment that put me at ease immediately. I left the session feeling like I was walking on air—my muscles feel completely reset and the tension is gone.
​Please note that the premises are currently undergoing some reconstruction, but don’t let that deter you! It didn’t affect the quality or tranquility of the treatment at all. A truly five-star experience.

From the second I walked in, I felt the stress melting away. The atmosphere is a total tranquil oasis. Think dim lighting, the calming scent of lavender, and soft music that immediately settles your mind. My back massage was incredible.
Lisa really targeted the knots in my shoulders & slowly worked down to my lower back which constantly give me a lot of pain.
After she had finished we sat down for a chat about after care which I found very informative.
I would highly recommend her services & I will be booking in for a lot more treatments
